At Water eStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hydration solutions. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused water filtration systems or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
